Swieke Purwodadi (Frog in Soy from Purwodadi)

Materials

500 grams of frog legs
3 pieces of ginger, slice thickness 2 mm size
5 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons taoco, mashed
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons oil
2 stalks celery, sliced
500 cc of water
How to make
Heat oil and saute garlic and ginger until golden, then add taoco and stir well.

Enter the frog thighs, soy sauce, and pepper, stir, and cook until the thigh frog becomes stiff.

Add water, stir, reduce heat, and cook about 30 minutes.

Add sugar and salt, stir, remove from the heat, then sprinkle top with celery.

Swike usually served with lime juice, soy sauce, and cayenne pepper.
