Cendol Bandung

There are different types of cendol in State Indonesia .. One is cendol Bandung

Bandung cendol prescription

materials cendol
250 grams of rice flour
2 tbsp cornflour
500 ml of water
1/2 tsp salt

Gravy ingredients
1 liter coconut milk diluted
100 grams sugar

Ingredients Sugar syrup of palm sugar
250 grams of brown sugar, sliced
100 ml of water
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon cornstarch dissolved in 2 tablespoons cold water
5 ripe jackfruit seeds, diced small

How to make
cendol
A. Mix the rice flour, starch, and salt, pour boiling water with some ml of water
2. Boil the remaining water, add a solution of flour, stir over medium heat
3. Prepare a mix of water ice in the container
4. Print cendol dough with mold on the water ice that falls into the container and set aside
sauce
5. Boil all ingredients, chill
6. Dispose of water ice on cendol, combine with sauce cendol
sugar syrup of palm sugar
7. Boil water, brown sugar and granulated sugar over medium heat until boiling
8. Enter the cornstarch solution, stir quickly, remove and let cool
9. Once cool, add pieces of jackfruit
