Mie Kocok Bandung (Bandung Noodle Shake)

Material


1 ounce flat noodles
1 leek
cow leg bones
1 piece of pecan
1 clove garlic
Sufficiently dried shrimp, stir-fry with 2 tablespoons of broth
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1/4 tsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp vinegar
1/2 teaspoon celery sliced
1/4 tsp flavoring
1/2 tsp onion
1/2 tsp tongcai
1/4 tsp fine salt / to taste
1/2 ounces bean sprouts
Kikil 10 pieces that have been soft, cut into 1cm dice size
5 pieces of skin that are deep fried crackers
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper sauce

How to cook
Boil cows feet and kikil (and bumbu2) into the broth for gravy.
Boil noodles until cooked
Serve (grammar) with a sauce and the ingredients are there.
